Getting Started with the Cleansing Program

ONE DAY BEFORE TO THE STARTING OF THE CLEANSING PROGRAM

A day before to the starting of the Daily Fresh Cleansing Program, we recommend you to consume only clean food such as fruits and vegetables. 

  1. Avoid red meat or any kind of meat.
  2. avoid carbohydrate food, meat or any food that could be difficult to digest.
  3. avoid alcohol, caffeine coffee and tea
  4. drink a lot of water

Precautions:

In case you could not avoid drinking coffee or caffeine. We suggest you minimize it to 1-2 cups a day and has to be at least one hour after drinking our cleansing juice.

This is for all the vitamins and nutrients to be absorbed into your bloodstream faster and the effective result you’ll get from this program.
