Every cleansing process needs a good cleansing break (same as breaking a fast)
In order to break your cleansing without shocking your body, we highly recommend you to consume a good protein source such as boiled eggs, avocadoes, low- fat and low carbs food or light food.
We do not recommend you to jump on eating a large amount or quantity. it could cause a shock to your digestive system.
